Elite double room, the service was excellent! Incredible view of ocean. Everything was perfectly fine as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was old. The pool bar was great and the drinks were strong.

My stay was restful here. I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Bed was very comfy, I enjoyed it. Beautiful location, though the area was not nice.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

Sweet staff, good area, they have affordable restaurant. Cosy, immaculate room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Poolside bar was lovely. Brilliant service too.

Very helpful staff, amazing location, helpful service. The room was lovely with an amazing view. A nice building in the heart of Guadalajara. The indoor restaurant was top-notch with lots of meals in the menu: )

All in all, I spend my time AMAZINGly. Satellite television, a laptop-size safe and a living area were available in my junior suite. The place is near Guadalajara downtown. The service at the restaurant is amazing.
